Rental Information

The following guidlines are some of the criteria used in the rental process.  It is provided in attempt to assist the applicants in knowing what to expect in the application process. 

Application Requirements:

  • All individuals of age 18 years or greater must complete and submit a rental application.
  • Positive Photo ID and Social Security Number
  • Each applicant must provide two consecutive pay stubs or other most recent documentation to verify income.
  • Applications must be completely filled out and signed.
  • Application fees must be paid at time of submitting rental application.

Reason For Application Rejection:

  • False or misleading information provided on the Rental Application or any correspondence.
  • Rental history at which confirms any unpaid collections or balance due to a property management or property owner/landlord.
  • Any drug related criminal offense.
  • Any criminal offense of a physical or violent nature against another person or property.
  • Any conviction of a felony
  • Sexual offenders
  • Negative rental history

Income Requirements:

  • Application's income must support your personal monthly expenses.
  • Self-employed applicants:
  • Previous year of tax returns and six months of most recent bank statements of all checking accounts OR
  • Twelve months of most recent bank statements and documentation of past twelve months of rent or mortgage payments.
